The School

Continuing the mission of education & preservation.

Waterford Craft School classes are held in Waterford, Virginia at the historic Old School. Some classes such as building arts may take place in various locations around the village. Classes are small and allow for individual attention for each student in learning their new skill. Each class is designed to give students a good start in the skill and have a finished project to take home.

School Highlights
  • Varied classes in traditional crafts and building arts

  • One and two-day classes

INSTRUCTORS

Waterford Craft School instructors are experts in their fields. They are local professionals who want to pass on their knowledge and continue the made by hand tradition of their craft.  Several are demonstrating artists at the Waterford Fair.
