Instructors: Master Chocolatiers Sara Dobson and Kathleen Faliskie

Join  Master Chocolatiers Sarah Dobson and Kathleen Faliski at The Conche’s chocolate lab for a 2-hour class in chocolate making. Learn the history and origin of chocolates, learn to differentiate between good and bad chocolate in a chocolate tasting, and create your own ganache, truffles, and bon bons!
